PLOT

Two fish private detectives, Sharky, a large pink shark-like figure with a fedora who provides the muscle, and George, a small slick bluish-orange character as the brains, take on crime and mad villains in the noir-inspired underwater city of Seacago, which resembles 1930s Chicago.
